Row 1: 1 hdc in each st, turn

Note: Rows 2-100 was the length around the butt, you will need to do as many or as little rows that you will need, every butt is a different size.

Row 2 – 100- Ch 1, 1 hdc in each st back loops only, turn, Join together by sl st together. Finish off.

Sweater-Middle
Note: make sure to turn your work inside out before you start crocheting, also 184 is base on how many rows I did above, however many st’s you work you will need to find a number that will divide in to that number evenly. Once you have found that number you will use it every time you decrease.

Round 1:  Ch 2, 1 hdc work 184 st’s evenly around with jazzy color, join with a sl st.
Round 2: Ch 2, 1 hdc in each st, join with sl st.

Round 3: Ch 2, 1 hdc in next 21 st’s, 1 hdc dec, repeat to end, Join with sl st. (176 st’s)

Round 4: Ch 2, 1 hdc in next 20 st’s, 1hdc dec, repeat to end, join with sl st. (168 st’s)

Round 6: Ch 2, 1 hdc in next 18 st’s, 1hdc dec, repeat to end, join with sl st. (152 st’s)

Round 7: Ch 2, 1 hdc in next 17 st’s, 1hdc dec, repeat to end, join with sl st. (144 st’s)

Round 8: Ch 2, 1 hdc in next 16 st’s, 1hdc dec, repeat to end, join with sl st. (136 st’s)

Round 9- 13: Ch 2, 1 hdc in each st, join with sl st. (136 st’s)

Round 14: Ch 2, 1 hdc in next 15st’s, 1hdc dec, repeat to end, join with sl st. (128 st’s)

Round 15: Ch 2, 1 hdc in next 14 st’s, 1hdc dec, repeat to end, join with sl st. (120 st’s)

Round 16- : Ch 2, 1 hdc in each st, join with sl st. (120 st’s) I stop at 19 inches and finished off.

At this point you want to try on your hoodie and mark the points where you’re arms are, you may need a little help. You can use bobby-pins to mark you spots or some scrap yarn. Pick a side to be the front.

Front
Row 1-13: Ch 1, 1 hdc to next marker, turn repeat. Finish off.

Back
Row 1-13: Ch 1, 1 hdc to next marker, turn repeat.

Now you’re going to work in rounds to make the neck, you will have to keep trying it on to make sure the neck is the right size. Finish off. Start working in rows to make the hoodie. For the hoodie it’s  Ch 1, 1 hdc in half of the st’s from the neck turn and repeat. When hdc in half the st’s you may need to do more or less depending on the size of your head just make sure it’s a even number.

Now turn your hood inside out and sl st together finish off sew in tails, turn hood the right way. Attach your yarn at the bottom of the hood and hdc around to other end of hood 11 times.

Arms- Make 2
Attach your yarn in the top corner of the arm hole
Round 1-3: Ch 1, hdc in each st, join with sl st. (55 st’s)

Depending on your arm size you my have to have more or less st’s. Whatever number you have for your arm you will need to divide it to an whole number mine is 11 which mean I will decrease 5 times. Remember when decreasing you will need to subtract 2 from your whole number because you will be taking 2 when you decrease.

Round 4: Ch 1, hdc in next 9 st’s, 1 hdc dec in next st, join with a sl st. (50)

Round 5-11: Ch 1, hdc in each st, join with sl st. (50)

Round 12: Ch 1, hdc in next 23 st’s, 1 hdc dec in next st, join with sl st. (48)

Round 13: Ch 1, hdc in next 22 st’s, 1 hdc dec in next st, join with sl st. (46)

Round 14-20: Ch 1, hdc in each st’s, join with sl st. (46)

Round 21: Ch 1, hdc in next 21 st’s, 1 hdc dec in next st, join with sl st. (44)

Round 22-28: Ch 1, hdc in each st’s, join with sl st. (44)

Round 29: Ch 1, hdc in next 20 st’s, 1 hdc dec in next st, join with sl st. (42)

Gingham Blanket

For this blanket you want to ch in multiples of 10 plus 1. I am chaining 191 which will be 19 squares, I am using a H hook, also I am using Bernat Baby Coordinates yarn and Caron Simply Soft yarn, but you can use whatever yarn you want.
Each square is 10 st’s long, to make all the squares even you want to finish you 10th st with the next color.

Turn and ch 1 continue pattern for 8 rows. Now you want to change your color, the first 8 rows patterns are white, gray and pink, the second 8 rows patterns is gray, pink and white, you want to repeat the 2 rows until blanket is as long as you want it. Now you can continue with these colors or you can try another color pattern which would be white and pink all the way across for row 1 and pink and gray  all the way across for row 2. When your all done make you border with each color.
