Materials:

Cotton Yarn

D-3.5 Hook

Yarn Needle

Scissors

D-Rings or you can use key rings

Swivel Hooks

Magnetic Button Clasp

Dec= Decrease

Sc= Single Crochet

Sl St= Slip Stitch

Instructions

Ch 46,

Row 1: 1 sc in each st,

Row 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in next st, 1 sc to last st, 2 sc in next st.

Row 3: Ch 1, 2 sc in next st, 1 sc to last st, 2 sc in next st.

Row 4: Ch 1, dec in next st, 1 sc to last 2 st’s, dec in next st.

Row 5: Ch 1, dec in next st, 1 sc to last 2 st’s, dec in next st.

Row 6: 1 sc in each st.

Row 7: Sl st in next 5, 1 sc to last 5 st.

Row 8-37: Ch 1, 1 sc in each st

Row 38: Ch 1, 2 sc in next st, 1 sc to last st, 2 sc in next st.

Row 39: Ch 1, 2 sc in next st, 1 sc to last st, 2 sc in next st.

Row 40: Ch 1, 2 sc in next st, 1 sc to last st, 2 sc in next st.

Row 41: Ch 1, 2 sc in next st, 1 sc to last st, 2 sc in next st.

Row 42: Ch 1, 2 sc in next st, 1 sc to last st, 2 sc in next st.

Row 43: Ch 1, 2 sc in next st, 1 sc to last st, 2 sc in next st.

Row 44: Ch 1, 2 sc in next st, 1 sc to last st, 2 sc in next st.

Row 45: Ch 1, 2 sc in next st, 1 sc to last st, 2 sc in next st.

Row 46: Ch 1, 2 sc in next st, 1 sc to last st, 2 sc in next st.

Row 47: Ch 1, 2 sc in next st, 1 sc to last st, 2 sc in next st.

Row 48: Ch 1, dec in next st, 1 sc to last 2 st’s, dec in next st.

Row 49: Ch 1, dec in next st, 1 sc to last 2 st’s, dec in next st.

Row 50: Ch 1, dec in next st, 1 sc to last 2 st’s, dec in next st.

 

Round 51: Ch 1, 1sc around.

Round 52: Ch 1, 1 sc around putting the D-ring or key rings on each corner. Finish off.

 

Straps

Starting on the left side sc 8 in the D=ring or Key ring,

Row 1: 1 sc in each st

Row 2: Ch 1, 1 sc in each st, continue until strap fits around your leg. Then add swivel hook at the end. Do same thing for bottom left strap. Set aside.

 

Pocket Side (make 2)

First pocket side-Ch 31,

Row 1: 1sc in each st.

Row 2-38: Ch 1, 1sc in each st.

Round 39-40: 1 sc around

Second pocket side- Ch 31,

Row 1: 1sc in each st.

Row 2-38: Ch 1, 1sc in each st.

Row 39:  You will sc in each st and dec on each end until 1 sc is left. Do this to only the second pocket side.

Round 40-41: 1 sc around.

 

Now we sew them together leaving the top open.

 Now we can add are Magnetic Button Clasp

 

 

Now we will make small squares to cover up the back of the clasp. Ch 5, 1 sc in each st continue until the square it big enough to cover the back of the clasp and 1 sc around twice then sew on.

 

Now we sew pocket on to leg piece.

 

The only thing left is to make the 2 straps on the top to go around your waist. Starting at the top left sc in the next 9 st’s, turn.

Row 1: Ch 1, 1 sc in each st

Row 2: Ch 1, 1 sc in each st, continue until strap fits halfway around your waist, add a D-ring or key chin at the end. Do same thing for the right top side, then add swivel hook at the end. Make sure the straps fit before you add the D-ring and swivel hook.
