Ch 2, join

5 sc in ring, join with sl st to first ch.

Row 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in first, fpdc in next post, repeat to end, join. (10 sc, 5 fpdc)

Row 3: Ch 1, 1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc, fpdc in each fpdc. (15sc, 5 fpdc)

Row 4: Ch 1, 1 sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc, fpdc in each fpdc. (20sc, 5 fpdc)

Row 5: Ch 1, 1 sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc, fpdc in each fpdc. (25sc, 5 fpdc)

Row 6-9: Ch 1, 1 sc in next 2 sc, 1 sc dec, 1 sc in next st, 2 sc in next sc, fpdc in each fpdc. (25sc, 5 fpdc)

Row 10-12: Ch 1, 1 sc in next 2 st’s, dec 3 in next st’s, 1 sc in next st’s, 3 sc in next st, fpdc in next fpdc, repeat to end. (25sc, 5 fpdc)

Steam

1.     Ch 2, make 5 sc in the 2nd ch from hook, do not join, continue working in a spiral for the next 3 rounds.

Leave long tail for sewing, sew hat on to pumpkin.

Eyes

Sew eyes on with black yarn and a yarn needle, attach yarn by tying a knot in the inside of hat, make a triangle with black yarn and fill in triangle with black yarn.
