3.5 mm crochet hook

Yarn needle

Body

Row 1: Ch 111, 1 sc in each ch.

Row 2: 1 sc in each st

Row 3-28: 1 sc in each st front loop only. 55 inches long, 17 inches wide

Note: Depending on what type of yarn you use you may need to do more or less rows.

Sides (Make 2)

Row 1: Ch 30, 1 sc in each st.

Row 2-3: 1 sc in each st.

Now we will fold our body up half way and sew on the sides and then add the snaps.

Straps

Ch 6, 1 sc in each st, continue until strap is as long as you like. Then sew on the strap start at the bottom side.

Attach yarn to one side of hairband 

Row 1: Sc 10, turn

Row 2: Ch 3, 1 dc in each st, turn

Row 3: Ch 3, 1 dc in next 4 st’s, ch 16, skip 1 st, 1 dc in next 5 st’s, turn

Row 4: Ch 3, 1 dc in next 4 st’s, 22 sc in ch 16 space, sl st in first st from 22 sc, ch 1, 1 dc in next 5 st’s, turn

Row 5: Repeat row 3 and row 4 until it fits around your head.

Row 6: Ch 3, 1 dc in each st.

Now we want to take our loops and put them in to each other. Then take and sc 10 around the band on the other side. Finish off and sew the last loop down.
