Body

Round 11: Ch 1, 1 sc in next 6 st’s, ch 4, with other leg count out 6 st’s, and attach to other leg with sc, 1 sc in all st’s left join at end. (32)

Round 12-30: 1 sc in each st, Do Not Join (32)

Round 31: 1 sc in next 6 st’s, 1 sc dec in next st, repeat to end. (32)

Round 32: 1 sc in next 5 st’s, 1 sc dec in next st, repeat to end. (28)

With green, ch 6, sc in 2nd ch from hook,

Now working on the other side of the ch, 1 dc in next 2 st’s, 1 hdc in next st, 1 sc in last st (do not join yet), ch 2 and put 1 sc in second ch from hook, join to first sc. 

Sew 4 leaf’s on face 2 on one side and 2 on the other side. Black leaf will go on end of tail.

Mittens with Taupe

Ch, 4 join, 10 hdc in ring.

Round 1: Ch 1, 2 hdc in each st, join.(20)

Round 2: Ch 1, 1 hdc in next st, 2 hdc in next st, repeat to end, join.(30)

Round 3: Ch 1, 1 hdc in taupe in next 2 st’s, 1 hdc in brown in the next 2 st’s, repeat to end, join.

Round 4: Ch 1, 1 hdc in brown in each st.

Round 5: Ch 1, 1 hdc in brown in next 2 st’s, 1 hdc in white in the next 2 st’s, repeat to end, join.

Round 6: Ch 1, 1 hdc in white in each st.

Round 7: Ch 1, 1 hdc in white  in next 2 st’s, 1 hdc in taupe in the next 2 st’s, repeat to end, join.

Round 8: Ch 1, 1 hdc in taupe in each st, join

Round 9-11: Ch 1, 1 hdc in taupe in each st.

Repeat rounds 3-8until you reach your thumb.

When you get to the thumb ch 10 and continue the pattern to your wrist then do 2 round of fpd and bpd in taupe then finish off.

Attach yarn in taupe to the thumb and do 5 rounds of 1 hdc in each st, leave long tail for sowing, sow ends together and enjoy.

Row 1:1 hdc in next 8 st’s, skip 1 st, ch 1, 2 hdc in next st repeat to end. Hdc in last 9 st’s. (86 st’s with ch’s)

Row 2: Ch 1, 1 sc in each st and ch sp.

Row 3: Ch 3, 1 hdc in each st.

Row 4: Ch 1, 1 sc in next 13 st’s, 2 hdc in next st, repeat to last 3, 1 sc in last 3 st’s and in top of ch 3.

Row 5: Ch 3, 1 hdc in each st.

Row 6: Ch 1, 1 sc in next 46 st’s, 2 sc in next st, repeat to end. Last 2 sc in top of ch 3.

Row 7: Ch 3, 1 hdc in each st.

Row 8: Ch 1, 1 sc in next 12 st’s, 2 sc in next st, repeat to end. Sc in any remaining st’s putting 2 sc in top of ch 3.

Row 9: Ch 3, 1 hdc in each st.

Row 10: Ch 1, 1 sc in next 13 st’s, 2 sc in next st, repeat to end. Sc in any remaining st’s putting 2 sc in top of ch 3.

Once you are done increasing you will repeat these 2 rows until cape is as long as you want. Do Not Sc In Ch 3.

Ch 1, 1 sc in each st.

Ch 3, 1 hdc in each st.

 

Hood

Turn cape right side up, starting with black

Row 1: Ch 1, 1 sc in each st.

Row 2: Ch 3, 1 hdc in each st.

Do row 1 and 2 again in black, continue this pattern until hood in taller than your head, then turn hood inside out sew or slip stitch top together then turn hood right side in.

Last thing to do is to make the string that will keep the cape on you, ch until you get to 34 inches turn and sc in each ch, then weave ch in and out of the holes right under the hood, now you may enjoy your cape.
