Crochet Men’s Sock’s





Materials:


Size H Crochet Hook (Go down a hook for smaller size)

Tapestry Needle

Note: Going down to an E hook would be a adult women size if you follow the bigger pattern, E hook for toddler socks, D hook for child and G hook for teen.


Slipper Sock Pattern:

Note: Use a st marker

Starting with Royal Blue

Round1: Ch 8, turn sc in next 7 ch’s, on opposite side sc in next 7 ch’s. (14 ch)


Round 2: 2 sc in next st, sc in next, repeat to end. (21sc)


Round 3: 2 sc in next st, sc in next 2 st’s, repeat to end. (28 sc)


Round 4: Sc in each st. (28 sc) Stop here for smaller socks, skip to round 8-11


Round 5: 2 sc in next st, sc in next 3 st’s, repeat to end. (35 sc)


Round 6: sc in each st to end. (35 sc)


Round 7: 2 sc in next st, sc in next 4 st’s, repeat to end. (42 sc)


Round 8-11: sc in each st to end. (42 sc) sl st around.



Change to Gray yarn

Round 12- In back loops only sc in each st to end. (42 sc)



Round 13 - 41: Sc in each st to end. (42 sc) fasten off. For smaller sock stop at round 21.



Heel

Row 1: Lay sock flat, connect Royal Blue yarn to one edge, ch 1 and make 20 sc across, ch 1, turn. 12 sc across for smaller sock.

Row 2-13: Sc in each st across, ch 1, turn. Stop at round 8 for smaller sock.



Now fold sock putting corner’s together and stitch up the back edge.

Change to Gray


Row 14: Sc in next 8, Sc dec over next 4 st’s, repeat to end, sl st. (36 sc)


Now fpdc and bpdc until sock is a long as you need it to be, then finish off top with one additional round of sc with Royal Blue. Fast off and weave in ends. I only made the top 2 inches. Enjoy.
