Ground Beef and Veggies Skillet

 


 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 3 medium potatoes, diced small

  • 1 cup veggie (Primavera Mistura)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

  • 1–2 tbsp oil (for cooking)

  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Beef:
    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Break it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat and set aside.

  2. Saute the Potatoes:
    In the same skillet, heat 1–2 tbsp of oil. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and turn golden.

  3. Add Veggies:
    Stir in the veggies. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until they are soft.

  4. Combine and Season:
    Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together and cook for another 2–3 minutes to heat through and combine flavors.

  5. Add Cheese (Optional):
    Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and cover the skillet with a lid for a few minutes until melted.

  6. Garnish and Serve:
    Top with chopped parsley or green onions if desired. Serve hot!
