Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (milk, dark, or white)
1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional – makes it smoother & shinier)
Toppings/fillings of your choice:
Mini marshmallows
Sprinkles
Crushed cookies
Chopped nuts
Dried fruit
Peanut butter
Crushed candy canes (for a minty twist)
Mini eggs or jelly beans (for Easter!)
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate
Microwave: Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth.
Stove: Use a double boiler (or bowl over a pot with simmering water), stirring until melted.
Add coconut oil or butter (optional) and stir until glossy.
Pour into molds or a lined mini muffin tin
No mold? Use a parchment-lined tray and spread it like bark.
Add toppings or fillings!
Sprinkle on top or swirl things like peanut butter right in.
Chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes until firm.
Pop out & enjoy!
Store in an airtight container (cool, dry place or fridge).
