Head:

Ch 2,

Round 1: 8 hdc in second chain from hook. (8)

Round 2: 2 hdc in each st. (16)

Round 3: 2 hdc in next st, 1hdcin next st, repeat to end. (24)

Round 4: 2 hdc in next st, 1 hdc in next 2 st’s, repeat to end. (32)

Round 5: 2 hdc in next st, 1hdc in next 3 st’s, repeat to end. (40)

Round6: 2 hdc in next st, 1hdc in next 4 st’s, repeat to end. (48)

Round 7: 2 hdc in next st, 1 hdc in next 5 st’s, repeat to end. (56)

Round 8: 2 hdc in next st, 1 hdc in next 6 st’s, repeat to end. (64)

Round 9-21: 1 hdc in each st. (64)

Round 22: 1 hdc in next 21 st’s, ch 10, skip 10 st’s, 1 hdc in next 2 st’s, ch 10, skip 10 st, 1hdc in next 21 st’s. (64)

Round 23: 1 hdc in next 21 st’s. sc in next 10 ch’s, 1 hdc in next 2 st’s. sc in next 10 ch’s, 1 hdc in next 21 st’s. (64)

Round 31-42: 1 hdc in each st. Finish off and weave in all tails.

 

Mouth: use G hook

Attach yarn at corner of mouth sl st in back loops on top and sl st on bottom, making sure to put a hdc in the corner to end, then hdc in back loops to end, 1 hdc in the st above the st, 1 sc in each st to end, finish off.

Spikes: Make 5

Ch 6,

Row 1: 1 hdc in each st,

Row 2: Ch 1, 1 sc dec, 1 hdc in next st, 1 sc dec.

Row 3: 1 hdc in each st.

Row 4: Dec all 3 st together. Finish off, leave long tail for sewing.
