Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

 


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • A pinch of sea salt



Optional toppings:

  • Chopped nuts

  • Unsweetened shredded coconut



Instructions:

  1. Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil together in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave (about 30 seconds).

  2. Stir in cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin liners.

  4. Sprinkle optional toppings on top, if using.
