Yields: Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 8 slices Bruschetta chocolate chip bread
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 cup creamer
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Cloves
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole milk
Add Creamer, whole milk, vanilla extract, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger,
cloves in a large bowl and whisk until everything is mixed well.
Note:
you may use butter or nonstick spray so that your French toast will not
stick to your griddle I prefer the butter egg gives the French toast a
better taste. Also your griddle or skillet should be set too low as not
to burn French toast
When mixture is mixed well you would take chocolate chip brochette bread and lay bread in mixture let sit in mixture for a few seconds on each side then move bread to your griddle or skillet let bread cook until egg has formed on bread.

Cook for 10 mins on low or until top becomes slightly firm then you want
to add a top to your skillet and turn off the heat and let the steam
cook your eggs for another 5 to 6 minutes.
