Blueberry Silk

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries, hulled and halved

  • 2 cups cold water

  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk for dairy-free)

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional, depending on sweetness of strawberries)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional for extra creaminess)

  • Ice cubes

  • Extra strawberries or mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the blueberries & water
In a blender, combine the blueberries and cold water. Blend until smooth.

  2. Strain (optional)
If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds and pulp.

  3. Add creamy ingredients
Pour the blended (and strained, if desired) mixture back into the blender. Add milk, sweetened condensed milk, sugar (if using), and vanilla extract. Blend again until well combined and frothy.

  4. Serve
Fill glasses with ice and pour the creamy blueberry drink over the top. Serve immediately.
